Until now SPECTRUM has been unfunded.  Now SPECTRUM has come to a crossroads where to advance the work money is required.   We are therefore asking for your help so that we can carry on this necessary campaign against the “Banning of Incandescent Bulbs” by the government.  Please donate what you can.
